The Maxims Hotel is a 5-star resort boasting over 800 exquisite rooms. Optergy is engaged to act as the main system auditor and designer to replace the existing EMS, BMS and electrical services.
Optergy is involved in this multi-stage project from overseeing the engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a new BMS and EMS.
