The Building Management System and Energy Management System installed for the building aims to achieve high energy efficiency for the Air-Conditioning, Mechanical and Ventilation system throughout the life-cycle operation. Indoor Air Quality level is controlled to meet the GBI standard with the intent of sustaining the energy target.
