Located at Jalan Bukit Bintang, a high-end retail strip that has developed into a highly lucrative commercial and hospitality hub in Kuala Lumpur, the new YTL Headquarters is designed to achieve Gold rating for Green Building Index standard. The Building Management System and Energy Management System installed for the building aims to achieve high energy efficiency for the Air-Conditioning, Mechanical and Ventilation system throughout the life-cycle operation. Indoor Air Quality level is controlled to meet the GBI standard with the intent of sustaining the energy target.
